He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rita Plante, John Lessard and Pauline Guillemette. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Lessard; his children, Candace Lessard (Mark Gayowsky), Sean Lessard (Tracy) and Robin Neilson (Robert); his stepchildren, Justin Faragher, Wayne Faragher (Cassie), Leanne Miller (Shawn) and Glenn Faragher (Kat); his grandchildren, Anastasia, Tatiana, Ronald, Ella, Wyatt, Savannah, Keira, Caydence, Nevaeh and North; and his sister-in-law Maureen Goldsworthy.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stonehouse-Whitcomb Funeral Home (11 Mountain St, Grimsby, ON L3M3J7). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (135 Livingston Ave, Grimsby, ON L3M5J6).
