He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; his parents, John (Mary Majka) and Richard; and his siblings, Edward, Henry and Chris.

He is survived by: his daughters, Adrienne (Michael) and Cheryl (Henry); his grandchildren, Avery, Owen, Hayden and Savannah; and his sister Lorraine. He is also survived by father to his daughters and a proud grandfather to his grandchildren.
