He was predeceased by : his wife Dina (van Staalduinen); and his siblings, Ainsley and Verna. He is survived by : his children, Vicke (Dave Dennison) and Stephen (Sherri); his grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda), Breanne (Michael) and Jason (Meghan); his sister Mavis; and also Ross.
