We bid farewell to Sarla Varshney of Burlington, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 17, 2024 at the age of 86. Sarla touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Sarla farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sarla is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Anand Prakash and Kalavati Devi. She is survived by : her daughters, Malini Varshney (Ray), Kalpna Varshney (Andrew) and Rina Jones (Chris).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home, Crestview Chapel (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A private funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A reception was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 3:30 PM at 5114 Lakeshore Rd., Burlington, ON L7L1B9.
