She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco Cicero and Calogera Cicero; her siblings, Margaret Dyer and Calogero Cicero; her parents-in-law, Antonio and Maria Liberale; her siblings-in-law, Nunzio and Lucia Liberale; her husband Dino Liberale; and her son Adam.
She is survived by: her children, Mary, Claudia (Jeff Inglis), Nonni, Spencer (Bess), Taylor, Julia, Andrew (Emma) and William; her sisters, Grace (late Angelo Lolli) and Lucy (Laszlo Latka); and her caregivers, Kirsten, Maricel and Trixie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (620 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W1B3). An entombment was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gina's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
