He was predeceased by: his brother Ken Carmichael. He is survived by: his daughter Alison Carmichael; his grandsons, Alan (Andrianna) and Colin (Itza); his great grandchildren, Malachi, Maleena, Cayden and AJ; and his nephew Brian (Andrea).
