It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnifred May Hayhoe in Burlington, Ontario, born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harris (Eunice Gibson), Lois (Ken Beach), Marjorie (Don Healey) and Murray (June Gibson); her parents, William Gibson and Dorothy Gibson; and her grandson Kyle Hayhoe.

She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Tim (Connie), Philip (Wendy), Elizabeth Pederson (Greg), Steve (Holly), Joanna and Sam (Maeva); her grandchildren, Catherine (Peter), Brian, Kirstie (Caleb Zurcher), Bethany, Spencer (Hailey), Daniel (Kaylee), Cameron, Emily and Sophia; and her great grandchild Tobias.
