He is survived by : his wife Sylvia; his sons, Richard and Brian; and his siblings, Bruce and Laurie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada in David's memory.
