With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Hoover (Caledonia, Ontario), who passed away on November 3, 2018 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Steve Hoover; her daughter Haley; her sisters, Michelle (Andrew), Denise (Rob) and Lori (Mike); her siblings' children, Daniel, Ryan, Olivia, Megan, Justin, Adelle and Jake; her mother-in-law Geraldine; and her friend Jen.

Donations to the Juravinski Hospital or to the Toronto General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
