He is survived by: his wife Skye; his daughters, Ava and Makenzie; his brother Scott (Christena); his nieces and nephews, Brody, Paisley, Mikael and Daniel; and his mother Murphy. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many family and friends.
