She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughters, Michelle (Glenn), Jaclyn (Bo), Kristy (Jer), Devyn (Jon) and Dani (Brandon); her grandchildren, Jared, Jacob, Gillian, Carter, Tyler, Conor, Dayton, Braelynn, Taylor and Cameron; her great grandchild Audrey; her sister Janis (Jeff); and her caregiver Melanie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
