He is survived by: his children, Michael (Julie) and Monica (Mark); his grandchildren, Katrina, Madelaine, Carter and Maya; his siblings, Willem VanderPol (Dorothy), Trudy Dougans (Bob), Martha Cranston (Murray) and Dikkie Wettlaufer (Ron); and his close friends, Jim and Marilyn Kelly.
