He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bob Adams. He is survived by: his parents, Liz Swayze and Shawn Swayze; his grandparents, Dennis, Barb Swayze and Vera; his aunts and uncles, Melissa Davidson (Chris), Maria (Scott), Greg (Jen), Rob and Peter Adams; and his cousins, Connor, Matthew Davidson, Annice and Ella Adams.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Chapel (28 Caithness St E, Caledonia, ON N3W1B7). A rosary will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 7:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (107 Orkney St E, Caledonia, ON N3W1C4). A reception will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Caledonia Legion (29 Caithness St E, Caledonia, ON N3W1B7).
