He was predeceased by: his siblings, Peter, Mike, Sietske, Faye, Wilma and Ella; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Verkerk, Steve Stelpstra, Shirley and Pat.
He is survived by: his wife Bev (Hudspeth); his children, Debbie Mitchell (John) and Darrin (Mandy); his grandchildren, Nikki Mitchell, T. J. Mitchell (Perrin), Hunter and Chase Osinga; his brothers, Frank, John (Joyce), Joe (Sandra) and Jim (Coby); and his siblings-in-law, Jenny (late Mike), Bruce Hudspeth (Jane) and Paul Stigter (late Ella). He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to St. Paul's Anglican Church in Caledonia or a charity of your choice.
