With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Tyler Wayne Millard (Caledonia, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa Hoffman; and his grandparents, Myra and Bill. He is survived by: his father Steven Millard; his stepmother Terri Gibbs; his brother Alex; his stepsiblings, Matt and Desire; his grandparents, Robert and Rena; and his stepgrandparents, Laurie and Danny. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
