He was predeceased by: his former wife Nanci King (Browning); and his father Howard King. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lickers; his children, Lauree King, Wade, Kristie and Jaimie Lynn Lickers; his grandchildren, Zoe, A. J. and Bella; his mother Marjorie Lindsay; and his sister Linda McCleary (Dennis). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
