He was predeceased by: his wife Irmagard "Irma"; his parents, Bertha Hincks (Slater) and Francis Joseph Hincks; and his brothers, Frank, John, David and Dennis.
He is survived by: his sons, Gordon Hincks (April) of Callander and Darryl Hincks (Melissa) of Utterson; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Nicole, Tanner (Faith) and Taylor.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home (531 Main St, Powassan, ON P0H1Z0). A reception will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the South Himsworth Community Centre (7 Glendale Heights Dr, Powassan, ON P0H1Z0).
