She was predeceased by: her husband Evangelos. She is survived by: her children, Kristos Fortomari (Lee) and Athena Fortomares Lewis; her grandchildren, Jason Lewis (Carmen) and Robby Lewis (Chelsea); and her great grandchild Ariel Lewis. She is also survived by her nieces, great-nieces, and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations made in Afrodite's memory to the Alzheimer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
