He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Hamilton and Robert Hamilton; and his brother-in-law Dave Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Lorraine Daniel (Roger), Glenda Norrie (Brian) and Derek Hamilton; his great grandchild Mason Hester; and his siblings, Barbara Johnston and Edward Hamilton (Irene).
