He is survived by: his wife Sheila Black; his children, Nick, Jessica (David Mitobe) and Vanessa; his siblings, Rachel Aumond (Anicet), Richard Carriere (Geri), Eleonore Kadwell (late George), Connie Alexander (Jim), Suzanne Pongray (Bruce), Lucille Wells (late Bill), Vincent Carriere (Janet) and Carmen Preston (Todd); his siblings-in-law, Cathy Russell (Howard), Teresa Cherri (Nick), Jim Black (Heather), Anne Wilson (Dan), Bill Black (Sonya) and Dian Carriere; and his legged family members, Auggie, Lola and Daisy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barthel Funeral Home (566 Queenston Rd, Cambridge, ON N3H 3J8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Cremation has taken place, as expressions of sympathy donations to Lisaard House or Nutrition for Learning are greatly appreciated.
