We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2018, at the age of 74, Andrew Schlesak (Cambridge, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie; his parents, Andrew Schlesak and Magdalena Schlesak; and his sister Magdalene Fabian. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Schlesak (Evelynn McKittrick) and Thomas Schlesak (Tina Kirby); his grandchildren, Michael Schlesak (Meghan) and Kaitlyn Galvao (Justin); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Ramona; his brother Joe Schlesak (Debra); and his brother-in-law John Fabian (Brenda).

As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
