She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Barrett and Amelia Barrett; her husband Hadow Robert Collins; her siblings, Lewis Barrett (Em), Dorothy Budvet (Charles), Raymond Barrett (Louise) and Max Barrett (Edith); her sister-in-law Stella Collins (Marcus); and her son-in-law Paul Pike (Sharon).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ori (Les), Edward Collins, Gary Collins (Mavis) and Sharon Pike; her grandchildren, Jennifer (John), Maggie (Josh), Katie (John), Robert (Kelsie), Ashley (Scott), Andrea (Jorge) and Stephen; her great grandchildren, Eve, William, Rhonan, Evaleigh, Leo, Ayla and Natalia; her siblings-in-law, Marcus Collins and Velma Smith; her pet Millie; and her family, Dr. Taryn Williams, Cindy and Tanya. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family and friends are encouraged to make a donation to Cambridge Memorial Hospital, where Annie received impeccable care by her team of doctors and nurses.
