We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2018, at the age of 82, Antonio Afonso Da Costa (Cambridge, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helena; and his parents, Joaquim and Antonia. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Costa and Lucy Dwyer; his brothers, Joe (Marta) and Manuel (Lina); his son-in-law Glen; his sister-in-law Franslina; and also Braga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association.
