He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Tavares Ferreira; and his siblings, Raul Ferreira (Fatima) and Estella Schmitz (late Peter). He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Paquete (Carlos), Mike Ferreira (Bibiana) and Glen Ferreira (Shyreen); his grandchildren, Stacy Lalumiere (Gerry), Ashley Leslie (Kevin), Sierra Paquete (Matt), Scott Ferreira, Sarah Ferreira and Sabrina Ferreira; his great grandchildren, Aaryah, Mia, Greyson Lalumiere, George and Auston Leslie; and his siblings, Euclides Ferreira (Carmina) and Victor Ferreira (Pat).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A memorial service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
