He was predeceased by: his wife Doralice. He is survived by: his sons, Nelson Costa and Christopher Costa; his adoptive son Daniel Cantillo; and his grandchildren, Cristiano, Vito, Carmelina, Milenna and Nitika. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family.
As an expression of sympathy, donations made to a charity of one's choice, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
