Barbara Maria Kozakowski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Maria Kozakowski (Cambridge, Ontario), who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Slugaj and Dionizy Slugaj; her brothers, Stanley Slugaj and Zdzislaw Slugaj (Jessie); her aunt Natalja Gralak; her uncle Jozef Gralak; her cousin Irene Damon; her stepmother Wanda Slugaj; her siblings, Elizabeth Slugaj and Marcin Slugaj; her sister-in-law Lenia Slugaj; her father-in-law John; and her siblings-in-law, Stella Reich (Kozakowski), Eddie and Ted Kozakowski.

She is survived by: her husband Mieczyslaw (Michael); her children, Jadwiga Grace McNeil (Bruce), Richard Kozakowski and Michael Kozakowski (Lisa Liima); her grandchildren, Alysha Hyde (Alex), Steven McNeil, Michael Liima, Kaitlyn Liima and Karlie Liima-Jackson; her sister Krysia Hohenstein (Werner) of Germany; her sister-in-law Theresa Kozakowski; and her cousins, Jan and Alice Gralak of Michigan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
