She was predeceased by: her father Sabino Venere. She is survived by: her husband Bob Doering; her sister Mariella; her children, Samantha (Matt), Elizabeth (Tayler), Shaun (Patty) and Chris (Tina); her grandchildren, Brayden, Ava, Atley, Sawyer, Liam and Emma; and her goddaughter Melissa.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the Grand River Cancer Center.
