He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel and Ana; and his siblings, Antonio Figueiredo, Manuel Figueiredo (Beatriz), Maria Soares (Antonio), João Reis (Maria), Virginia Andrade (João), Jose Reis, Emilia Moreira (Manuel), Conceição Soares (Bernardino), Francisco Reis (Maria), Ana Andrade (Jose) and Ermelinda Luis (João).
He is survived by: his children, Ana Maria Paret (Roger) and George Reis (Janice); his grandchildren, Eric Reis (Danielle), Vanessa Reis (Dave) and Noah Paret; his sister Rosa Figueiredo (João); his siblings-in-law, Maria Reis (Francisco) of Melo Moreira, Beatriz Figueiredo (Manuel), João Figueiredo, Antonio Soares, João Soares Andrade, Jose Andrade, Bernardino Soares, João Luis, Manuel Moreira and Emilia (João Reis) of Melo Reis; and his wife Virginia. He is also survived by many beautiful nieces and nephews.
Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Tuesday February 15, 2022 from 6-9p. m. Provincial Guidelines are in place for social distancing and masks are mandatory for each person in attendance.
