He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Amanda Dolotowicz (Clint Warner) and Melissa Dolotowicz; his grandson Bo; and his sisters, Debbie Toffner (Mike), Donna Dolotowicz (Jane) and Mary Leversidge (John). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
