She was predeceased by: her husband Gord Brethauer; her children, Leslie Brethauer and Karl Brethauer (Pat); and her parents, Pearl Porter and John Porter.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Dedman (Bob), Don Brethauer (Louann), Susan Brethauer, Terry Brethauer (late Lyla) and Sharon Morrice. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
