He is survived by: his wife Kendra; his sons, Cody and Nathan; his grandmother Jean Faulkner; and his siblings, Jason Sparks, Dean Zvaniga, Dennis Miller (Curtis), Robus, Renata Richards (Matthew), Stephanie Fleury (Brad) and Crystal Brown (Warren). He is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Donations made to The Lisaard House Hospice, Cambridge would be appreciated by the family.
