He is survived by: his parents, Mark and Pam; his siblings, Erica and Sean; his pet Bella; his aunts, Charlene (Josh), Lindsay and Aimee; his cousin Landon; his grandparents, Peter, Patty Donkers, Angela, Gary and Cheryl Shields; and his great-grandparents, Mary Yates, Mien Donkers and William Pinder.
