She was predeceased by: her spouse Léonid Proulx; her parents, Wilfred Joly and Rose Marie Joly; and her brothers, Albert Joly, Roland Joly (Rolande) and René Joly (Françoise).
She is survived by: her children, Laurier Proulx (late Rosanna), Donald Proulx (Denise), Gaston Proulx (Lucie), Edna Pohl (late Werner) and Carmen Remillard (late Rolland); her grandchildren, Sylvie Proulx, Marc Proulx (Heather), Rémi Proulx (Diane), André Proulx, Eric Proulx (Jamie-Lee), David Proulx (Stephanie), Danielle McMartin (Clayton), Ashley Mickus, Kayla Pohl (Jason), Patrick Remillard and Richard Remillard (Denise); and her sisters, Lucienne Messier (late Jean), Blanche Levac (late Léonard), Gabrielle Thomas (late Edmour) and Pauline Houde (late Jean-Guy). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
