She was predeceased by : her husband Jose. She is survived by : her children, Connie Soares (Jose), Edie Sousa (John), Anita Cordeiro (John Papanikolaou), Lynda Cordeiro and Cindy Cordeiro; and her siblings, Silva, Maria Jose Medeiros, Lucy Silva and Manuel Medeiros. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
