She was predeceased by: her brother Tony Mazzei; and her parents-in-law, Linda and Stephen Johnston. She is survived by: her parents, Carmelo Mazzei and Maria Mazzei; her husband Jake Johnston; her children, Meaghan Dinn (Cameron) and Camden Johnston; her sibling Carmen Mazzei (Debbie); her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Mazzei, Tammy Puppe (Jared) and Derek Johnston (Theresa); her sibling's children, Tyler, Hannah, Sydney, Emily, Mirah, Ava, Isaac, Tyson and Abby; and her pet Haley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada or Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice.
