He was predeceased by: his father Carl Eichholz. He is survived by: his mother June Eichholz; his siblings, Kim Nielson and Carrie Powers (Chad); and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Jessie, Josh, Jadyn, Taylor, Brooklyn, Mya and Deanna.
