He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Clemens; his daughter Tiffany Ryan; his brother Raymond Clemens Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Manny Rocha and Carlos Rocha.

He is survived by: his wife Maria Clemens; his sons, Tyler Clemens and Kyle Clemens; his father Raymond Clemens Sr.; his sisters, Violet Clemens and Carolynn Robinson (Deric); his brother-in-law John Rocha (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Logan Ryan and Chloe Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
