He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Formhals; his children, Alex Formhals and Laura Formhals (Iain); his stepchildren, Jennifer Robertson (Mark) and Michael West (Sandy); his sister Lilian Evans (Roy); and his grandchildren, Bramwell Robertson, Jaccob, Kassandra West, Kevin, Sean and Krystal Formhals. He was also cherished by his extended family and friends.
