He was predeceased by: his close friend Donna Mair; and his parents, Neika Mair and Harry Mair. He is survived by: his children, Karen Mair and Nicola Piques (Nilton); his grandchildren, Logan and Evan Piques; and his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Mair (late Lilian), Sandra Brant (Bradley) and Richard Mair. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
