David Hagey Ross Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of David Hagey Ross (Cambridge, Ontario) is shared. David, born on October 15, 1947, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ross and Mildred Ross of Preston; his brothers, Paul Ross and Peter Ross; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Decker, John Goudie and Allan Stroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Ross (Decker); his sisters, Geraldine Goudie and Susan Ross (Doug); his siblings-in-law, Faeona Ross, Wayne Decker, Linda Reidel and Ruthann Decker; and his close friend Gord Scott (Elaine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Galt Country Club (750 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1R8E3).
In his memory, donations to Cambridge Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
