She was predeceased by : her husband Arnold Birtch; her daughter Bonnie Heipel; and her son-in-law Gord Dey. She is survived by : her children, Garry (Kathy), Linda, Karen (Bill) and Mark (Margo); and her son-in-law John. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and their spouses.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
