He was predeceased by: his wife Iris Mitten. He is survived by: his children, David Mitten, Mary Ellen Ball, Rachel Sixt and Bonnie Mitten; and his sister Bonnie Gowman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
