He is survived by: his wife Barb (Daniel); his children, Chris and Kathy Sousa (Mike); his mother Doris Alva; and his sister Karin Munn (Keith). He is also survived by his brothers in laws and sisters in laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, and fellow Shrine brothers.
