He is survived by: his stepchildren, Shelly Friesen (John Friesen), Christopher Nickason, Poppy, Bryce, Luke, Kale, Meadow and Finnley; his siblings, Joanne, Arlene and John Alan; and his wife Debbie.
In lieu of flowers as expressions of sympathy, he asked that we continue his fight through donations to Canadian Cancer Society , London Health Science Centre , Hospice Wellington or Cambridge Memorial Hospital .
