He is survived by: his children, Edward Purcell (Audrey), Roger Purcell (Mary), Jamie Purcell (Cindy), Robin Purcell, Ronnie Purcell, Alice Spencer (Hubert), Maxine Mulheln (Dave), RoseMarie Legere (Lou), Doris Keating (Randy) and Patsy Smith (James); his stepson Patrick Murphy (Marilyn); his daughters, Doreen Purcell and Tina Marie Hogg; his grandson Dale Edward Purcell; his great grandchild Justin Millson; his daughter-in-law Sandy Purcell; and his siblings, George Purcell (Nell), James Purcell (Martha), William Purcell (Lucy), Gordon Purcell (Helen), Mary Bradbury (Jake), Ann Rose (Denny), Nell O'Brian (Peter), Dorothy Kennedy (James) and Elizabeth White (Gordon). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
