She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Dominic Rheaume; her parents, Cathy Spurgeon (Dan Quinn) and Bruce Spurgeon; and her brother Gregory Spurgeon.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2723 Victoria St N, Breslau, ON N0B1M0).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made towards a trust for Dominic by making out cheques in Catherine Spurgeon's name.
