She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Butt and Martha Butt; her grandparents, Billy, Phoebe Smith, Alice and Patrick Butt; her siblings, Mary Smith and Maurice Butt; and her close friend Kimberly Pagniello (Kim).

She is survived by: her children, John (Becky), David (Jen), Matthew (Ashley), Luke (Danielle) and Crystal (Pete). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and a large group of extended family and friends.
