He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Fox and Hazen Fox of Harrow. He is survived by: his wife Susan Fox; his sisters, Barbara (late Tony) and Marilyn (Tony); and his brothers-in-law, Stephen (Norma), Philip (Heather) and Peter (Bernita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
