She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Liam, Myles and Xander; her granddaughter Alexanderina (Michael); her children, David and Katharina; her godchildren, Jay, Kirsten and Diny; her son Russell (Curt); and her sister Monica.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lisaard and Innisfree House; the Marine Education and Research Society (MERS); any wildlife refuge, or scatter wildflowers for her hummingbirds and bees in her honour.
