She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Higgins and Gladys Higgins; her husband John Bennett; and her children, Randy (Kathy), Charlie (Joan) and Judy Mitchell (Wayne).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Penney (Gerald), Roslyn Tucker (late Robert), Janis Siverns (Philip), Tina Ferrigno (Lou) and John (Diane). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lounsbury Funeral Home (1766 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, ON N3C1N8). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Anglican Church (12 Blair Rd, Cambridge, ON N1S2H5). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at the Trinity Cemetery.
